Fairfield's Real Estate Values
Of concern to all Fairfield taxpayers is the value of our town's real estate. It is, for most of us, our largest asset; of even greater importance it represents our home. It also is the basis for the municipal taxes we are charged each year for the services Fairfield provides.
With this in mind, Fairfield Taxpayer has done and continues to do an extensive amount to research into Fairfield's real estate market and taxes, particularly as to how they are interrelated.
